Disney with Kids: Mosaic Mural Inside Cinderella Castle

It’s almost a requirement to get your family photo in front of Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom when on your vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort, but did you know there’s much more to see inside the castle? Unless you’re lucky enough to win a night in the Cinderella Castle Suite or scored reservations at Cinderella’s Royal Table, you may not even be aware that you are able to walk through the castle at all. As much as I love walking through the castle, it’s not something we’re able to manage every trip due to the timing of frequent closures that occur when shows are taking place near the castle. Exploring Disney: Riding Big Thunder Mountain Railroad

Magic Kingdom is home to four great mountains –  Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is a “mountain” of sorts, along with the classics Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.  While I like them all, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad will always hold a special place in my heart.  This was the first roller coaster I ever went on, way back in the day.  When you board your train car, they tell you to hold tight for the “Wildest Ride in the Wilderness”, and a wild ride is definitely what you get.
