Relax…at Disney World? That’s an oxymoron, right? When friends and family ask for my advice when planning their vacations, I always put rest days at the top of my list of recommendations. It’s hard to resist the urge to go, go, go every day but if you are traveling with children, it’s important for them have some down time, physically and mentally. Disney World can be very exciting and overstimulating. Rest days are nice for the caregivers as well.
