As one of the most iconic Disney attractions, you may think you know what to expect on Jungle Cruise – but on our recent visit during the Christmas holidays we were in for a surprise! Jungle Cruise was all decked out for the holidays and I found that to be as entertaining as the ride itself! They had skeleton heads with Santa hats, presents wrapped in random paper found on the island and decorations like you have never seen before. Read more
Relax…at Disney World? That’s an oxymoron, right? When friends and family ask for my advice when planning their vacations, I always put rest days at the top of my list of recommendations. It’s hard to resist the urge to go, go, go every day but if you are traveling with children, it’s important for them have some down time, physically and mentally. Disney World can be very exciting and overstimulating. Rest days are nice for the caregivers as well. Aside from taking some time to rejuvenate, I have to say that when we talk about our favorite memories from past trips, spending time at the pool is something my kids always bring up. Read more

I am the first to admit, I am not a roller coaster fan – the thought of turning upside down and sudden drops absolutely scares me. That being said, I have ridden Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster three times (well technically twice, since once I actually took the “chicken walk”), and while it was fun, that is plenty for me! Read more
