While Disney is just starting on the new Star Wars land in Hollywood Studios, if you are a Star Wars fan, you can still visit a galaxy far, far away at Star Wars Launch Bay. This fun area has a number of exhibits related to the current and previous Star Wars movies, games and the chance to meet with some favorite characters from the movie: Chewbacca and Darth Vader were there when I visited in December, and recently Kylo Ren is now making appearances. Terrific Tuesdays: Kilimanjaro Safari
It so frustrates me when I hear someone call Disney’s Animal Kingdom a zoo! When you visit Animal Kingdom and encounter the animals on the Kilimanjaro Safari, you realize that this is anything but a zoo! As you ride in a open-air jeep through the savanna, you will see animals on both sides of the jeep and we have had to stop to just let an antelope or another wild animal cross in front of you.
