There is a lot to love about Walt Disney World, but I would have to say that for my family, our “favorite” thing is probably Epcot’s World Showcase. Not any particular attractions in here, just basically the entire place. 🙂

As you may recall, I am a firm believer in the concept that “time is money” so making good use of my time at the Disney parks is super important to me: I want to know that I am getting the absolute most value for my vacation dollars! Visiting the Walt Disney World resorts to see all the decorations is one of the best ways to get into the Holiday spirit: beautiful, imaginative, and amazing, if you are visiting during the Holiday Season, you owe it to yourself to take some time for some resort hopping. One of my favorites is the Animal Kingdom Lodge where the huge Christmas Tree in the lobby includes beautiful and fascinating ornaments from many African countries – and provides some great inspiration for your own tree at home! One of the most fun parts of the Christmas parade at the Magic Kingdom is the famous marching toy soldiers. Before Christmas week, you will only be able to see them at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, but from December 22 to December 30, the parade – and these wonderful soldiers – are highlighted every afternoon and are a must see! There are some very interesting tombstones on the way in and out of the Haunted Mansion. In this case, apparently one particular gentleman – who apparently had a new wife every year – found out that Wife Number Seven may have been a little more than he bargained for. May he rest in peace! Read more
