Disney with Kids: The LEGO Store

No trip to Walt Disney World would be complete (at least not for my kids) without a trip to Disney Springs and more specifically, a trip to The LEGO Store. The store is located in the Marketplace near the massive, can’t-miss World of Disney Store. Sure, we have The LEGO Store in our local mall in Indianapolis, so what’s so special about The LEGO Store at Disney Springs? Everything! Read more

Disney with Kids: Coronado Springs Review

I can’t say enough wonderful things about how Disney (and Nancy right here at the Affordable Mouse) went above and beyond last September when we had to reschedule our trip due to Hurricane Irma. We were scheduled to land at MCO the same day Hurricane Irma decided to make landfall. Read more

Disney with Little Ones: Without a Stroller

I want to make good time and traffic jams make me crazy and anxious. I just want to get it over with. I have always enjoyed flying and marvel at our modern ability to travel such a great distance in such a short time. Well…airfare for our fall trip down to Florida (a Royal Caribbean cruise this time, booked through our friend Nancy here at The Affordable Mouse) was out of control. As much as I like flying, I like saving money more so we made the painful decision to drive down to Port Canaveral.
