When you think “dining” at Walt Disney World, chances are you may immediately think characters, buffets, and Mickey waffles. And while meals at the Disney parks and resorts can include all of those, the wonderful thing is that many don’t. In fact, there are a number of incredible restaurants that are about the furthest thing from Mickey twirling a napkin as you can get.
Topolino’s Terrace at the top of the new Riviera Resort is one of these. This beautiful property is right across from Disney’s Caribbean Resort, and shares the new Disney Skyliner transportation to Epcot and Hollywood Studios, making it super convenient to two of the Disney parks.
While we loved exploring the Riviera prior to our meal, the true highlight was the dining experience. Delicious food, attentive and helpful service, and an ambiance that was perfect for a romantic “adult” dinner, all made it a lovely evening for us. And the view was amazing. Even better, if you time it right, you’ll have a view of the fireworks at both Epcot’s and Hollywood Studios.
Now it should be noted that Topolino’s is also a very popular breakfast restaurant, and in fact does feature some of your favorite characters, along with some delicious food. And you still have that view.
