Special Dining Needs at Disney: The Options Go Beyond Ever After

When you have to limit your diet because of allergies or other dietary issues it can be hard to go out to eat, especially when on vacation.  I feel for you, I have been on a few different diets that restricted me from eating certain foods.  I have done dairy free, lactose free, and gluten free.  I know the headache that can be trying to find places to eat in new locations let alone around where you live.  I also know the pain of eating something you are allergic to and the suffering that comes along with it.  The one place I know that I can go to and feel safe with what I eat is Disney, which continues to change and grow each and every time I go so that I can try new things and never grow bored.
