I had heard and seen little bits and pieces of information regarding the Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom but had never looked into it further because it wasn’t something that was particularly interesting to me. I think at this point, all of us, no matter where we live or what we do, have been impacted by COVID-19, and it’s pretty evident that we will be for a while in some fashion – although for how long and in what way is still unknown. Disney’s Wilderness Lodge has always been one of my favorite resorts! I rode this Magic Kingdom classic for the first time just a few years ago. Not sure why I never rode it before, but on this particular trip we had our 5 year old granddaughter with us who was very excited to ride Dumbo, and as we both found out, it was a lot of fun! Read more
Walt Disney World recently completed a major expansion of Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, with the addition of the Gran Destino Tower – and after touring it last month, I can tell you that it is jaw-droppingly gorgeous! Inspired by the adventurous spirit of great Spanish explorers and historic innovative Spanish artists, writers and architects, Gran Destino Tower is now the main entrance for Coronado Springs and added 545 new guest rooms (including 50 suites!) to the 1,800-plus existing rooms at this resort.
