Spaceship Earth is the icon of Disney’s Epcot Park. This “giant golf ball” is an awesome site, and aside from being a great photo opportunity it houses one of the must-do rides for an Epcot visit. Terrific Tuesdays: Top Ten Most Fun Things at Disney World – Number 10
So I asked my kids to help me write this session of reviews for The Affordable Mouse and they were more than eager to be involved. I wanted them to share their opinions with me on the absolute most fun things to do at Disney. My kids are the age that I consider tweens, more like, they let me know they are tweens! On the whole most of the food is fried but not to fear it does not lose its flavorful taste. Read more

For several years we have been very thankful to enjoy free dining, but we have also purchased both the Quick Service and Plus Dining plans during some of our trips. Having experience with both plans, I thought I would talk to you guys today about some basic differences in these plans. I hope it might help you to choose the plan that will work best for you during your next trip to “the world.” Obviously there is a great deal of information regarding pricing, etc. but my point today is about choosing the right plan based on the type of trip you will be taking. The considerations I used are flexibility, dining offerings and trip expenses (during the trip). Read more
