5 Disney Cruise Line Restaurants You Have to Try

There are a lot of amazing things to enjoy on a Disney cruise, and one of our favorite things consistently has been the restaurants. Disney Cruise Line uses a rotational dining system, meaning that guests move among a variety of restaurants during their cruise for different theming and experiences. (Your wait staff follows you to each restaurant, though). Here are the Disney Cruise Line restaurants you have to try!

Enchanted Garden

This is one of the main rotational dining restaurants that you’ll dine at on the Disney Dream and the Disney Fantasy. The food is, of course, delicious, but my favorite part about this restaurant is its design – the lighting, colors, and vine-like shapes create the feeling of really being in an enchanted garden!

Tiana’s Place

This restaurant, which is based off of Tiana’s dream restaurant from The Princess and the Frog, is exclusive to the Disney Wonder. The menu offers up Cajun and Creole-inspired dishes, including some to-die-for beignets. The restaurant is a lot of fun each night with live music and appearances from Tiana herself and the jazz trumpet-playing alligator, Louis.

Rapunzel’s Royal Table

Embark on a fairytale adventure at this restaurant inspired by Tangled! While enjoying a multi-course dinner, you’ll also enjoy music and dancing, appearances from the patrons of the Snuggly Duckling, and of course Flynn Rider and Rapunzel herself.

Palo

Disney Cruise Line has several adults-only areas on their ships, and Palo is one of them. This adult-exclusive restaurant does require an additional fee, but we’ve found it to be worth it for an adults-only indulgence. Palo is available on all Disney Cruise Line ships and is available for dinner, or for brunch on sea days. The brunch is our favorite, with a delicious menu of breakfast and lunch dishes, as well as a buffet of pastries, antipasti, and desserts.

Animator’s Palate

Available on all Disney Cruise Line ships, Animator’s Palate is a fun restaurant that holds some awesome surprises. I love the little details like the Mickey Mouse chairs, the paintbrush-shaped butter knives, and all the Disney animation maquettes and concept art on the walls. Keep an eye on out when you dine here, because this restaurant has some magical experiences in store.
