If you are looking for all the bells and whistles of a moderate or deluxe Disney resort but without the hefty price tag, Disney’s All Star Resorts—part of the value category—may be the right solution for you!
Each of these three motel-style resorts has its own larger-than-life theme: Music, Movies and Sports. Though they’re very different, the All Star resorts share many amenities, including these awesome freebies for guests:
Get Wet
All-Star guests are welcome to use any of the six pools, including three quiet pools. Each of the three feature pools includes squirting statues for extra fun: the Three Caballeros welcome guests to Music’s guitar-shaped Calypso Pool; Sorcerer Mickey makes magic for guests in Movies’ Fantasia Pool; and over at Sports, Goofy pitches water at guests in the Grand Slam Pool. Beginning at 2 p.m., the Calypso pool is the place to be for trivia, bingo and dance parties.
Watch Big
What’s better than a movie by the pool? How about three different movies to choose from every night! Each of the main feature pools offers a different movie every night of the week. So will you watch Lilo and Stitch or Lady and the Tramp? The choice is yours!
Say Cheese
Each resort features 40-foot icons representing the theme: musical instruments (including a juke box and xylophone bridge), athletic equipment (think megaphones and football helmets) and our favorite movie stars (Herbie the Love Bug and Woody are representing). Walk through each resort with your camera at the ready and prepare for some hilarious photo ops.
