One of the best things about Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is the parade, and one of the highlights of the parade are the marching wooden soldiers! While this parade is only available to see at the Christmas Party through mid-December, if you will be visiting Walt Disney World after the last party is held, you can catch the parade…and the soldiers….each afternoon at Magic Kingdom, through December 30. The other night, I had the chance to see the new Castle Projection show, “Once Upon a Time.” In this new show, Mrs. Potts tells Chip some of her favorite fairy take stories, and these stories then come to life on Cinderella Castle. Yes Halloween was just the other day. But the elves at Disney have been busy for weeks with the work of preparing the parks for the magic of the Disney holiday season.
