Terrific Tuesdays: The Barnstormer

 

Goofy’s Barnstormer holds a special place in our family’s hearts.  My husband and I are both avid roller coaster fans – when we used to come to Disney pre-kid, we would literally go from park to park and just ride the coasters and thrill rides.  Over and over.  Until we couldn’t take any more.  It was just one way we enjoyed the magic.  We hoped that when we had kids, our children would love roller coasters too (especially since we were both terrified as children!).  Well, The Barnstormer has officially now been the first roller coaster ride for both of our children, and I’m happy to say, to rave reviews! Terrific Tuesdays: Holiday Attractions are Here! The Jingle Cruise

I dislike when rides are closed, even when I know that they really needed refurbished.  I have no idea why it bothers me so much but it does, even when these attractions are not on my “can’t miss” list.  I guess because if I wanted to ride it I can’t.  So I was really excited (for some reason I cannot pinpoint) when I heard that Jungle Cruise had reopened recently.  Read more

Planning Your Disney Itinerary: Magic Kingdom Part 2

And now we return again to the Magic Kingdom! Last time I talked about planning the morning part of your itinerary, and so today I will focus on the afternoon and evening. After lunch guests will undoubtedly notice how much more crowded the park is, and lines will be reaching their peak.
