Have you ever wondered how your family would ride the rides at Walt Disney World if your kids don’t meet the height requirements or they just don’t want to ride? Well, never fear…Rider Switch (sometimes also known as Child Swap) is here!! This wonderful option for families solves that problem.
There are rides that offer Rider Switch in all four parks so you will be able to enjoy almost any ride you choose. All you must do is let a Cast Member know that you will be using Rider Switch, and you (Party 1) and the ones who want to ride, go first – while the other adult (Party 2) stays back with the kids who can’t/don’t want to ride. When the ride is over, Party 1 comes back to take over watch duty and tags up with Party 2. The switch is validated by a Cast Member and Party 2 then gets to ride the ride without having to wait in line again! Bonus: Party 2 can take two more guests along on the ride, so they don’t have to ride alone! How AWESOME is that??
