Exploring Disney: Dumbo the Flying Elephant

I rode this Magic Kingdom classic for the first time just a few years ago. Not sure why I never rode it before, but on this particular trip we had our 5 year old granddaughter with us who was very excited to ride Dumbo, and as we both found out, it was a lot of fun! Read more

Exploring Disney: Building a Droid at Star Wars – Galaxy’s Edge

There was a lot I wanted to see and do on our recent visit to Walt Disney World and much of it had to do with Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. And that’s what I am going to discuss today. Read more

Dinner With a View at Topolino’s Terrace

When you think “dining” at Walt Disney World, chances are you may immediately think characters, buffets, and Mickey waffles. And while meals at the Disney parks and resorts can include all of those, the wonderful thing is that many don’t. In fact, there are a number of incredible restaurants that are about the furthest thing from Mickey twirling a napkin as you can get. Read more
