There is a lot to see and do in Animal Kingdom these days with the opening of Pandora – The World of Avatar, but while visiting this beautiful park, keep in an eye out for the “entertainment” too! Summer is looming outside and while everyone else is prancing around thinking about the beach, shorts, and splashing around in the pool, my mind is firmly stuck at the end of fall. Most people when arriving at Magic Kingdom, stop to take pictures of the castle and then start walking to their first destination. But why not take a few minutes and take the trolley up Main Street instead? While they usually run mostly in the morning (before the park gets too crowded), the horse-drawn Trolley is a super fun way to experience Main Street the way Walt Disney did in his home town….and feel like a bit of a celebrity while doing it. Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is a popular place, both to stay at as well as to visit, with some great restaurants there including the popular ‘Ohana. But no matter your reason for being there, be sure to take some time to explore.
