Wordless Wednesday: World Showcase Lagoon

pics from Melissa 809 424

World Showcase, in Epcot, is truly one of my favorite places in Disney World….and perhaps anywhere in the world for that matter. Beautiful themes, interesting architecture, fascinating culture, delicious food and drink, and some of the friendliest people you will ever meet….and the ability to travel “around the World” in an afternoon or evening….what could be better?¬† There has been discussion periodically about adding another country to World Showcase. What country would you like to see there?

I have heard and would love to see both Spain and Austraila join in the loop . I was amazed to find out there is room for seven more. I could stay in World Showcase for a Month straight and never get Bored. I LOVE IT!!!

It is hard to imagine another 7 countries, but that would be pretty incredible. We visited during the Food and Wine Festival this year, and all of the different types of foods from so many countries that are not currently represented were just fantastic….and delicious too. ;) One part of the world that is not really represented that I would love to see is Russia or any of the Eastern European countries: great heritage and history….and absolutely wonderful food. Thanks for sharing Jerry!
