Thrifty Thursday: Disney Cast Member Thank You Cards

In my previous article about spreading the magic while visiting Disney, I talked about Cast Member Thank You cards. Now that I am only 19 days from being on my way back to the happiest place on earth, I was happy to use part of my weekend to get these joy spreaders ready to go too. I made some regular princess-themed cards as well as these cute ones for our night at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party.

We hand out cast member thank you cards (like this one) to special cast members who go above and beyond to make our trip more special. You can download them free here and edit them to fit your family. Just print them out on business card sheets fed into your printer and then separate them and they are ready to go. It is a lot of fun to pass them out to cast members who have made your trip special in some way.

There have been many deserving cast members over the years who have received one of our thank yous. Disney is better than anyone at maintaining staff who go above and beyond to “plus” the experience of each guest. If you read this blog very often, you know there is one in particular I am always looking to run into again: Sal, the bus driver. I hear he is still around but I have not yet found him. So, if you see Sal and he has you singing M-I-C-K-E-Y offer him a thank you card and tell him he is both appreciated and missed.

Brenda is a native Texan born and raised on the Gulf Coast. She visited Disney World twice as a teenager and always dreamed of growing her family Disney. She took her first-timer husband and their three children to Disney World in 2000 and they now spend every Thanksgiving there. Brenda writes with a comedic twist on various Disney topics. She will be sharing tips she has learned during her travels and also hopes to enlighten people on little-known freebies that Disney has to offer. She wishes she could have met Walt Disney and considers herself to be a student of Walt. In parallel to his dream it is her wish that everyone would take at least one trip to Disney World in order to share in its magic with their families.
