Disney Fun From Around the World: Week of November 15, 2010

On this week before Thanksgiving, I found that I am especially thankful for the many, many Disney fans out there who consistently share their love of Disney with all of us through fun and extremely informative blog posts each week. I am often touched, consistently smile, and always learn something new. I am sure you will enjoy this week’s offerings!

I’m starting this week with my favorites from Chip and Co who each week give us so much valuable information about every aspect of the world of Disney. Since I just love the Christmas season at Disney World, I especially enjoyed this post: Top 10 Disney World Holiday Favorites by Chris. Ken had two extremely helpful articles this week: Oldies But Goodies…More Than Buses Part 2 and Disney World Quick Tips – Don’t Over Buy Your Vacation Package. I was fascinated seeing how the 2010 Grand Floridian Gingerbread House Construction has been progressing.  And Best Things I Love About Disney – Watching Children’s Faces is something that I completely agree with!

If you haven’t met the 2 Lonely Deeks yet, I urge you to check out their latest video Lights, Camera, Movies for some not-too-serious Disney fun…and some information too!

Disney Guru had some great suggestions this week in Money Saver Monday!!! and Tuesday’s Top Ten Things I Have Yet to Experience at Walt Disney World.

Disney Driven Life had an article about the FORT WILDERNESS RESORT AND CAMPGROUND which will be helpful for anyone who is interested in staying there.

Disney Parks Blog shared some really great information from the Moms Panel about Tips for Planning A Multi-generational Vacation

Traveling to Disney World with a baby? Then don’t miss this from the Disney Food Blog: Disney Food for Families: Where to Find Baby Food in Disney Parks and Resorts

Growing Up Disney just returned from a trip to Walt Disney World and shared some valuable advice for visiting with a toddler and making sure to take time to Stop and Smell the Roses

We have visited Disney World several times during the Christmas season and The Osborne Lights are always a favorite…but I learned some new things from Studios Central this week about having an Osborne Lights Touring Plan …which we will definitely be trying out!

Some of the most interesting Disney blogs are devoted just to specific resorts. The Pop Century Fan Site provided their Top 5 reasons to stay at Disney’s Pop Century Resort.

And the Animal Kingdom Lodge Fan Site talked about one way that this resort is so special, by looking at the Animal Kingdom Lodge through a child’s eye.

Finally, at Chip and Co this week, I shared one of the Best Things I Love About Disney World: Epcot Holiday Storytellers

Have a wonderful weekend! 🙂
