Disney Fun From Around the World: Week of August 15, 2011

Happy Weekend Disney friends! I know you’ve been waiting all week long for my weekly round-up of favorite posts from Disney blog-land! Lots of good stuff this week as usual, so let’s get started! Grab a glass of ice tea, put your feet up, and enjoy being immersed in some awesome Disney magic! 🙂

Our friends at Chip and Co. had an interesting post that I know many folks think about:  Should You Take an Infant to Disney World? What do you think? Then Brenda gave us all something to think about with this week’s Wednesday with Walt: It All Started with A ManIf you have ever thought about having a few “surprises” for your kids when you get to Disney World, then you will appreciate this from Disney Bird: DD: Disney Goodies & Gifts

Great coming attractions from The Disney Blog this week! First, we got to see the Art of Animation Family Suites Unveiled and I think they look awesome, don’t you? Plus, we got a  Video Tour of Aulani which has me personally very excited: it’s definitely on my Disney “to do list”!

The Disney Chick always, ALWAYS gives me a chuckle. This week she shared that The Disney Princesses Get a New Look What do you think? Kind of loving the Pocahantas look personally. 🙂

I always love how the Disney Driven Life infuses Disney into everyday activities. This week, we have some suggestions for giving your children some CUTTING AND PASTING PRACTICE WITH DISNEY And those of you with little ones will also appreciate all that Disney does to make things go easier for everyone in your family, including your children: The Little Things Can Help Out a Lot!

Always looking for great ways to save money, Kelly has some thoughts about food on her site Disney Guru: Share and Save at Disney

Hollywood Studios definitely has some attractions that feature long lines, so this is very helpful from Studios Central who offered 10 Tips to Wait Less in Hollywood Studios And for fun, they also introduced us to another of the Citizens of Hollywood Photo Showcase – The Divine Dorma Nesmond Lovely, isn’t she? 🙂

Last, but definitely not least, Kelly also had a great article on WDW Fan Zone: Things that Make you Cry at Disney. Now….go get your tissues…… 🙂

Enjoy your weekend everyone! See you next week!
