Terrific Tuesdays: One Man’s Dream

Nostalgia at it’s finest is what you’ll experience when you visit One Man’s Dream at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. While it may not be so interesting for the little ones it is a must see for almost everyone else.

One Man’s Dream is a timeline of Walt’s life which includes pictures, Disney memorabilia, props, models, a life size Roy Disney graphic with audio of Roy dedicating Walt Disney World Resort in 1971 and many other memories.

 This is a walk thru exhibit that you can enjoy at your own pace.

One Man’s dream opened in 2001. Prior to this many of the memorabilia on display had never been seen by the public.

What I think makes this attraction special is the 15 minute film narrated by Julie Andrews which features Walt Disney speaking about his life, his struggles, the creation of Mickey Mouse and his ideas/dreams for Disneyland and Walt Disney World.

 This is truly a touching dedication to the Man behind the Mouse.
