Looking for a little peace and quiet in the midst of a busy day at Epcot? Look no further (and you WILL have to look) than Katsura Grill. As you enter the Japanese Pavilion, you will notice a few steps on the left leading up to what appears like a tea house. You have to look carefully but once you find it, you’ll be rewarded with a lovely spot to relax away from the crowds, where you can enjoy some delicious Japanese food. Read more

Exploring Disney: Explore the Past and Create the Future

Big Spiky Ball.

Majestic Geodesic Sphere.

This attraction is Classic Disney and truly inspiring no matter how many times I ride it. The fact that Dame Judi Dench does the narration is just an awesome bonus. Read more

You did get Park Hoppers, right? (If you’re not sure why I’m asking you that, take a minute to read my thoughts on Hopping versus Not-Hopping. You can catch the next monorail over. We’ll wait for you at Club Cool.) Read more

EPCOT is my favorite park and where I spend most of my time. One of the main reasons is IllumiNations! This fireworks/fire show is one of a kind, partly due to the giant earth that is floated out each day for the finale at the end of the night! Read more
