The parks at Walt Disney World are, for good reason, the focus of a Disney vacation, but going at full speed through your whole trip might mean that you’ll be worn out by the last day. Thrifty Thursday: Saving While You Shop in Walt Disney World!

Souvenir shopping is a favorite part of any vacation, and a visit to Walt Disney World is no different. One of my fave stores to shop for souvenirs is Mouse Gear in Epcot.  We usually visit this store a few times while we are in Disney.  It’s easy to find, it’s in the Future World section of the park, you can’t miss it as you walk towards and past the fountain before you get to the bridge that takes you over to World Showcase.   Read more

Thrifty Thursday: Making the Most Out of the Disney Dining Plan!

My family loves the Disney Dining plan!  We usually opt for the Magic your Way Plus Dining where you get one snack, one counter meal, and one sit down dinner for each person, every night you stay at the resort.  We have found a way to get three full meals out of this meal plan, which is great because the way this plan is set up, it doesn’t account for 3 square meals.
