At Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa, you don’t have to look far to see that the theme of this resort is horses and horse racing – specifically recalling the upscale peaceful ambiance of the resort town of Saratoga Springs, New York. Nods to horses and racing are evident everywhere, from the resort front desk and check in (The Carriage House), to the deluxe villa rooms, and even to the names of different sections of this large resort (Grandstand, Congress Park, Paddock, Carousel).  Read more
