There is a lot to see and do in Animal Kingdom these days with the opening of Pandora – The World of Avatar, but while visiting this beautiful park, keep in an eye out for the “entertainment” too! Like all the Disney parks, some pretty amazing performers may pop up at any moment and they are super fun to watch (and maybe even participate in too!)

In all the years I have been traveling to Walt Disney World, I had never taken the time to enjoy the Flights of Wonder, until last year! I had heard from several blog friends and also a close friend that this was a show that I must see. They promised it was not a typical “bird-show”, but rather a show filled with amazing winged animals and that I would definitely walk away being in total awe of these magnificent creatures. There are many things about the Disney parks that are beautiful, inspiring, breathtaking…..and the newest Disney show that encompasses all of these and more, is Rivers of Light at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. I had the chance to view this show last week and it was absolutely fabulous. Be sure to plan for this on your Disney vacation and either get a FastPass or reserve a Rivers of Light dining package, in order to have reserved seating (and to avoid a long wait in line to get in).
