Since reopening in July, Walt Disney World has implemented a thorough health and safety policy that is designed to help keep their parks and resorts operating, continuing to provide magical experiences, while still working to keep Guests safe. Signage everywhere helps Guests to always know what to expect, whether in the parks, resorts, or dining.
For example, there are gentle reminders to not “eat and walk” without your mask on.
Hand sanitizer stations are located in many areas – in case you forgot to bring your own, or just ran out.
Want to wipe down surfaces (stroller handles, tables/chairs when eating etc.)? You’ll find handy disinfecting wipes – and a place to dispose of them.
Reminders of the Health and Safety policies are everywhere, in case you forget. Signs are in the retail stores….
….and even when you throw away your trash.
Guests will find helpful marks for social distancing, so they’ll always know how far apart 6 feet is.
Social distancing is important, even on the planet Batuu!
Guests will also find that the Disney resort buses have some protocols in place to help with social distancing.
Including dividers between family groups.
Walt Disney World Resort has been reopened for over 6 months now, and Guests who have visited during this time continue to report high satisfaction with the cleaning, social-distancing, and other covid policies that Disney has implemented.
