I have mentioned a number of times that Epcot is my favorite Disney park. So you can probably imagine then that, as you read this, I am thrilled to be in Epcot today, celebrating the 30th anniversary of Walt’s vision for tomorrow….

With that in mind, I thought this preview video of Epcot, filmed for the opening on October 1, 1982, was the perfect way to celebrate. Enjoy! 🙂

I personally have so much to be thankful for this year. I have been blessed in many ways, paramount among them is the birth of my first grandchild (or grandprincess as I like to call her), Aleyah, who at 4 weeks old has already brought more joy to my life than I could have ever imagined. The 40th Anniversary Celebration at Walt Disney World

The single reason I booked my trip to Walt Disney World back in January, 2011 was to be inside the Magic Kingdom on the day it turned 40. I had been looking forward to this trip so much and it was well worth it.
