Terrific Tuesdays: The Barnstormer
Goofy’s Barnstormer holds a special place in our family’s hearts. My husband and I are both avid roller coaster fans – when we used to come to Disney pre-kid, we would literally go from park to park and just ride the coasters and thrill rides. Over and over. Until we couldn’t take any more. It was just one way we enjoyed the magic. We hoped that when we had kids, our children would love roller coasters too (especially since we were both terrified as children!). Well, The Barnstormer has officially now been the first roller coaster ride for both of our children, and I’m happy to say, to rave reviews! Read more

Terrific Tuesdays: Going Batty at Disney’s Animal Kingdom
As anyone who has wandered around Animal Kingdom knows, there are many areas that are shaded and very comfortable to stroll through and take in the sites. One of these places is Maharajah Jungle Trek located in Asia. Terrific Tuesdays: Kilimanjaro Safari
It so frustrates me when I hear someone call Disney’s Animal Kingdom a zoo! When you visit Animal Kingdom and encounter the animals on the Kilimanjaro Safari, you realize that this is anything but a zoo! As you ride in a open-air jeep through the savanna, you will see animals on both sides of the jeep and we have had to stop to just let an antelope or another wild animal cross in front of you.
