The 25th Anniversary of Hollywood Studios took place on May 1st…with Mickey and Minnie taking center stage to get the party started…followed by a motorcade, dance party in front of the Sorcerer Hat Stage and fireworks over the Sorcerer Mickey Hat…sounds like the tribute to one of my favorite parks was a great success!! Having Celiac Disease is hard; being on vacation with Celiac Disease can be a nightmare. For those of you who don’t know what Celiac Disease is or why it may be a pain, the easiest explanation is that I cannot eat gluten, which is in everything. Gluten can be found in bread, pasta, soups, sauces, and bakery goods. You can imagine how this may make a vacation difficult.
