Having Celiac Disease is hard; being on vacation with Celiac Disease can be a nightmare. For those of you who don’t know what Celiac Disease is or why it may be a pain, the easiest explanation is that I cannot eat gluten, which is in everything. Gluten can be found in bread, pasta, soups, sauces, and bakery goods. You can imagine how this may make a vacation difficult.

Disney Vacation Planning: What to Think About When Planning Your Trip
While thinking ahead to a possible trip in the fall, I start thinking about what I could or should set aside to make it easier.
