On select nights during September and October, the Magic Kingdom is transformed into a Halloween fun-fest during Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. Filled with Trick or Treaters of all ages (yes grown ups can get dressed up too!), special shows, and the Happy Hallowishes fireworks, perhaps the highlight is the “Boo to You” parade. But don’t worry: it’s not so scary! Read more

Friday Fun: The Ho-Ho-Holiday Season at Walt Disney World
While there’s never a bad time to visit Walt Disney World, I truly believe that the Holiday Season is one of the absolute best! There is SO much to see and do beyond all the “regular” things to see and do at the Disney parks, that without planning ahead, you run the risk of missing out on some of the best things! Read more
Wordless Wednesday: Those Magical Balloons
One of the the things I love about the Land in Epcot, is how light-filled and airy the space is. It seems to celebrate not only the land we stand on, but the sky above it as well, emphasizing the ties the each has to the other. Wordless Wednesday: Aren’t They Grand?
I do love the many, MANY Disney details throughout the parks, restaurants and resorts. You really do need to keep an eye out wherever you go when visiting a Disney destination, so that you don’t miss some new and charming treasures! For example, on a visit to the Villas at the Grand Floridian, I was so in awe of how lovely everything was in the room that I almost missed the delightful artwork, like these lovely silhouettes of Mickey and Minnie. Clearly dressed in their finest, they are ready to enjoy a stay at one of Walt Disney World’s loveliest resorts!
