Wow, can you believe May is already halfway over? And what an exciting month is it at Disney World with celebrations everywhere! The 25th Anniversary of Hollywood Studios took place on May 1st…with Mickey and Minnie taking center stage to get the party started…followed by a motorcade, dance party in front of the Sorcerer Hat Stage and fireworks over the Sorcerer Mickey Hat…sounds like the tribute to one of my favorite parks was a great success!! Gluten Free Options at the Wonderful World of Walt Disney World
Having Celiac Disease is hard; being on vacation with Celiac Disease can be a nightmare. For those of you who don’t know what Celiac Disease is or why it may be a pain, the easiest explanation is that I cannot eat gluten, which is in everything. Gluten can be found in bread, pasta, soups, sauces, and bakery goods. You can imagine how this may make a vacation difficult.
