When it comes to special events – and especially when it comes to Halloween – Disney sure knows how to throw a party. Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, held on select nights through the fall at Magic Kingdom, is tons of fun overall, but the crown jewel of it is the Boo to You Parade. Considered by many to be the best parade put on by Disney, not just by me, I promise, this parade is absolutely breathtaking, and something I don’t think anyone should miss if at all possible. There is nothing like Halloween at Disney World. My favorite holiday by far, Halloween is something deeply ingrained in my heart, but being in Disney for it awakened that love to a new level. If you have the incredible good fortune to be heading to Disney during a time when Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party is in swing, I can’t stress enough how much I recommend buying tickets to go. There are many reasons why this is always one of the best nights of the entire year, whether we go when the calendar says it’s still officially summer or make the pilgrimage to be in the Magic Kingdom on Halloween night itself.
