Universal Orlando Resort has five lovely on-site hotels, with a sixth opening in 2018, and all of these hotels offer some great perks for guests visiting Universal Orlando’s theme parks. One of these perks is package pick-up and delivery, which can make any shopping in the park a lot easier.
If you’ve been to the theme parks before, you’ve probably had that moment after you make an awesome and exciting purchase – but, you realize that you now need to carry a potentially awkward, heavy, or fragile item around the parks with you for the rest of the day. Package delivery can take care of that problem.
For guests staying at one of Universal’s on-site hotels, any purchases made inside the parks can be delivered to your room. When you make your purchase, ask the Team Member about having your purchase delivered to your hotel. Keep in mind that purchases delivered to your hotel usually take 24 hours to arrive, and may not be get to your room until late in the afternoon the next day. Package delivery is consequently not available for your departure day, or the day before your departure day.
If package delivery to your room isn’t available, then you can also take advantage of Universal’s package pick-up. When you make your purchase, you can ask to have your item delivered to the pick-up location at the park exit. You can then go about your day in the park bag-free, and pick up your purchase at the pick-up window on your way out. Note that package pick-up is not exclusive to on-site resort guests, and can be used by anyone visiting the theme parks. Just remember to pick up your package!
