Another Disney accessory that I collect are backpacks. I LOVE THEM and since you carry them on your back, your hands are free for more important things – like Dole Whips or Mickey Ice Cream Bars!! You can easily carry the many things you will need during your fun days in the parks because they are SO roomy. I like to get the backpacks that have side pockets on the outside to put our drink bottles in, as that extra little plus that comes in handy!
My hubby likes that I carry backpacks so that he can put his wallet/keys, etc in there so that he doesn’t lose them on rides. Along with all of HIS things, these are some of things I carry in my backpack on every Disney trip:
- Wallet with driver’s license and Disney gift cards
- Hand sanitizer
- Phone/phone chargers/cords
- Ponchos (it almost always rains at least 1 time while we are there)
- Tylenol/Tums/Dramamine (for rides like The Teacups or Rock n Rollercoaster)
- Chapstick
- Extra socks (for water rides)
- Moleskin/Bandages for blisters (just in case…you don’t want your day ruined by a blister)
- Sunglasses
- Autograph book & pen
- Gallon size baggies (for phones/wallets on water rides)
- Small snacks.
Other suggestions that you might want to add are a camera, hat/cap, sweater, fans, hand held misters, sunscreen, Disney pins for trading, and pennies/quarters for the souvenir pressed penny machines.
We are going to Disneyland this year instead of Walt Disney World and my sweet hubby ordered a new backpack for me just for that trip. I mean I can’t be in Disneyland with a Walt Disney World backpack, can I??? What can I say…my Prince Charming spoils his Disney Princess! 😊
