One thing you have to leave with after your magical trip to Walt Disney World is a souvenir. Shopping experiences are plentiful at the parks, resorts and Downtown Disney.
Each park has shops scattered throughout to represent the world or country you are in. At the Magic Kingdom, you’ll find everything from Agrabah Bazaar in Adventureland, selling Aladdin type clothing and toys with other Arabian themed items to Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe in Liberty Square that sells gifts, toys and ornaments all year round. We often stop at the sleigh beside the shop and have a family photo made to put on our Christmas cards, even in the middle of summer.
At Epcot, shops coincide with the countries. In Morocco, you can get temporary Henna tattoos at The Art of Henna. Over in Germany at Der Teddy Ber-Toy Shop, you can get German souvenirs, cuckoo clocks and plush toys. A friend of mine now only buys her perfume at Puffin’s Roost in Norway.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios has one of a kind shops. One of our favorites here is Villains Vogue store located on Sunset Boulevard. This is one of the only places around Walt Disney World where you can purchase pins, shirts and hats featuring Disney’s evil side.
At Animal Kingdom, we always spend too much time at Chester and Hester’s Dinosaur Treasures in Dinoland U.S.A. Clay loves digging through the rock bin and sharks teeth. I also don’t mind grabbing a bite of fudge to nibble on the way to ride Dinosaur.
If you’re looking to put in a full day of shopping, head to Downtown. I could spend the majority of a day in World of Disney alone! There are many other stores, too. The kids love putting together new creations at the Lego Imagination Center or making a one of a kind Mr. Potato Head at Once Upon a Toy. Downtown Disney is also one of the locations for the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.
Each resort also has its own gift shop with authentic park gear and other unique gifts. There are many other sites for shopping at Disney’s Boardwalk, West Side and even at the water parks. If you are staying on property, all packages can be delivered to your resort gift service desk. Don’t leave Walt Disney World empty handed!

Shannan is a mom that was born and raised in rural Tennessee. She tells us: “I live with my husband and 3 of our 5 children. Travis is 24 and is father to my grandbabies, Emma and baby Judson. I can’t wait to start sharing Disney with them. Dusty is 22, Clay 12, Zachary 10 and Erin is 8. I clean houses to make money to fund my magical trips. I went to Disney the first time as a teen and couldn’t wait to start introducing my own children to the magic. We took our 3 youngest in 2004 and that started it all. We have been 3 times since then and have our first Christmas trip planned for this December. Usually my parents accompany us on the trip and I have to research and plan for things that will suit various ages in our party of 7. Each time I go, I try new experiences in lodging and dining so I can share it with friends and family that seek my advice on trip planning! Disney is definitely my first choice in vacation destinations. Hopefully there is a Disney surf and turf vacation in our future!“

I like Hollywood Studios for shopping. The watch shop on Sunset Blvd has a great selection of unique watches. Also while I can’t remember the name of the shop, on the ‘road’ into Hollywood Studio there is a shop with terrific jewelry.
There used to be more watches/jewelry in the World of Disney but I noticed on my last visit that their selection was quite a bit smaller and there was a lot more girly/tween jewelry.
