Can you believe The Lion King is celebrating its 20th anniversary? It’s true! Disney’s Animal Kingdom is hosting Harambe Nights every Saturday evening June 7 – August 9, 2014. A Welcome Reception begins at 7:00 pm with appetizers and African-inspired beer and wine, followed by a special performance of The Lion King – Concert in the Wild at 7:30 pm. A little bird whispered that this was a new-improved version of the spectacular previous live version. Simba comes to life in this brand new performance featuring a live orchestra and choir, dancers, dramatic lighting and scenes and digitally projected movie moments! The lineup for guest narrators is just amazing! Read more
