May is a great month at Disney World (WDW)! There are so many special events happening! Expedition Everest 5k Challenge, Cinco de Mayo, and Star Wars Weekends!!! May is also one of the most delightful times in Florida since the Florida sunshine is mixed with lovely spring breezes. All activities do require park admission tickets. Read more
As I have mentioned previously, one of the reasons we chose the week we did for recent our Disney World vacation, was because it was Marathon Weekend, and our DD was participating in the 5-K. This was a totally new experience for all of us, Disney veterans that we are, and I have to say that learning about an entirely new facet of Disney was fun and fascinating. I haven’t talked much about our family’s next Disney World trip much…in fact, I haven’t actually talked about it at all. Why? Because until just a few weeks ago, we didn’t actually have our next Disney World trip booked!
I know, shocking, right?
(I’m amazed I don’t need some kind of therapy as a result of not having a Disney trip to plan for over 6 months……)
