Have you ever wanted to design your own car? If so, here is your chance! Hop on over to Test Track and create your dream vehicle however you want it, the choice is yours! Then strap yourself in and hang on for the ride!
In the queue area, before actually stepping into a car for this ride, you will design your vehicle on a computer, but don’t worry, it isn’t hard! Simply make your choices based on what you want for your car – whether for speed, efficiency or looks – and then the computer does the rest. Your choices don’t affect the ride, but you’ll have the chance to see how well it performs after the ride is over.
Once you’ve designed your vehicle, then it’s off to the next queue to load into your 6-passenger open car. Now strap in as you take off through an obstacle course with rough terrain, a 3-story hill, hair-pin turns, and maneuvering through different climate changes. Think of yourself as the test-dummies that are commonly used by the auto-makers, because in essence that’s what you are!
Once your vehicle has make it through the entire obstacle course, you are sent outside on a course that circles the entire building and that’s where the fun really begins, as you’re suddenly speeding up to 65 miles per hour. Watch for the clock at the end of your laps and it will show how fast you actually went. Did you make the 65 mph?
After exiting your car, you’ll then want to look for how the computer ranked your car in speed and efficiency. How did you do?
This ride is for guests 40” and taller and they should also be free of back pain and not pregnant. While there aren’t any dips, it does go very fast obviously so consider this to be a mild thrill ride. Test Track is a Tier One FastPass selection. One thing to keep in mind is that because part of this ride is outside, it is more susceptible to shut-downs if there is rain or inclement weather in the area.

It is their goal that everyone who visits Walt Disney World has a magical trip with lots of memories to last a life time.
