One of our favorite places to go for a Quick Service Meal is Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café in Tomorrowland at Magic Kingdom. As the largest counter service restaurant in MK, you will find plenty of seating, with some areas having a beautiful view of Cinderella’s Castle!
Decorated in a futuristic setting (think of The Jetson’s), Cosmic Ray’s has 3 bays (counters) set up to offer your favorite American foods. From cheeseburgers, to BBQ sandwiches, to chicken nuggets, everyone in your party will find something to satisfy their cravings!! They even offer veggie burgers for those non-meat eaters! Once you have your food, you will want to make your way to one of the most popular areas in the restaurant, the Toppings Bar! With everything you can imagine to put on top of your burger or sandwich, you can go from a “regular” meal to a “gourmet” meal in no time! With yummy sides and delicious desserts, you will want to come back to Starlight Café again and again.
Another special treat at Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café is seeing the Sonny Eclipse Show! This animatronic alien is the “lounge” singer and resident comedian who performs every 20 minutes or so. He will be singing funny songs and telling corny jokes, so listen carefully as you won’t want to miss his silliness!! Playing the Astro Organ – with his backup vocals sung by the Space Angels – Sonny Eclipse will definitely keep you entertained while you dine!
