Halloween was two days ago (hope you had a blast!) which means it is now Christmas. That’s just kind of how it works. We get a few precious weeks of pumpkins, skeletons, bats, and ghouls, and then just like Cinderella’s magic spell, at midnight it all changes. Most of us who love Walt Disney World are of the opinion that any time is a great time to visit, but at the same time, most of us also have a favorite time to go. For me, it is definitely the Christmas season! While I love Disney year round, when it comes to magic, for me nothing beats the magic that is the holidays at Disney. The one thing I hear most often from Disney enthusiasts is that “Disney does it right, even down to the smallest detail”! This statement is so true and even more so when it comes to special events throughout the year. One of the many things we discovered on our recent Walt Disney World trip were the new Christmas decorations at Hollywood Studios. Whimsical and very retro, they add a delightful touch of “old Hollywood” to this park. And while they couldn’t be more different from the much-missed Osborne Lights, to be honest, they totally “fit” Disney’s Hollywood Studios. I just loved them! Read more
