Souvenir shopping is a favorite part of any vacation, and a visit to Walt Disney World is no different. One of my fave stores to shop for souvenirs is Mouse Gear in Epcot. We usually visit this store a few times while we are in Disney. It’s easy to find, it’s in the Future World section of the park, you can’t miss it as you walk towards and past the fountain before you get to the bridge that takes you over to World Showcase. My family loves the Disney Dining plan! We usually opt for the Magic your Way Plus Dining where you get one snack, one counter meal, and one sit down dinner for each person, every night you stay at the resort. Thrifty Thursday: Grazing Your Way Around Epcot’s World Showcase
When traveling to Walt Disney World we seem to go against what so many other people do: while I love all the different restaurants Disney has to offer, filling our days with ADR’s, Advance Dining Reservations for the novice, takes more time then we want to spend and doesn’t always fit into our budget. Fast food restaurants in World Showcase have so much more than the typical hamburger fare. While these counter service locations do not have the fancy silverware, the linen napkins, or the attentive server; we find the more relaxed atmosphere suits us just fine. We can choose where we eat and when, since most days, two meals is the norm. Read more
