Cast Member’s Corner: Which Disney is Which?
I’ve noticed recently that sometimes folks, young and old, new to Disney and seasoned veterans, are getting a little turned around when they talk about Disney. They will either say Disney World when they mean Disneyland and vise versa. Though I have not heard of anyone confusing either of these with Disneyland Paris, Tokyo Disney, Hong Kong Disney, or soon to be Shanghai Disney. This mix up is understandable. After all, all of these parks share the name and ideas of Walt Disney. Many of these parks also share rides and characters. Many people just refer to all of the different properties as Disney, which isn’t wrong. This probably adds to the confusion as well. Read more
Dining at Disneyland: “After All Miss, This is France”
Not to be outdone by Disney World’s New Fantasyland expansion, Disneyland is set to open Fantasy Faire next month. Although smaller in scale Imagineers have once again done a wonderful job of transporting guests into the land of Princess’. Fantasy Faire will give Disney Princess’ a place to greet guests in one spot rather than trekking through the park to find them. Read more
World of Color at Disney’s California Adventure
World of Color is one the magnificent nighttime shows at Disney’s California Adventure. The show was designed as part of Disney’s five year renovation of California Adventure in 2007 and was one of the first of the plans to the be completed. It took fifteen months to design and build the seventy-five million dollar project. Read more
