The writers Disney Parks Blog did a great job of explaining why cast members love doing what they do at Disney.

The Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party at Disney World can be a great way to end your day. What could be better than an assortment of great desserts and a prime viewing spot for the nightly fireworks?

You can find a great guide of where to meet your favorite characters broken down by theme park land at Disney Mouse Links.
