During my recent visit to Disney World my boyfriend and I were privileged enough to get a sneak peek at the New Fantasyland. We were enjoying the Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party when we thought we would stop by and see if there were holding viewings. They said that they probably would start holding some previews once the actual party started. While we were deciding what to do, wait around or go on more rides, a manager came over. He asked us how many were in our party and after finding another couple told us to follow him. He directed us straight over to Maurice’s Cottage. I’m getting ready to go down to Disney in a little less than two weeks. I’m always excited to go down to Disney, my second home, but this time it will be a little different. I’m especially excited to be going down this time because I will be taking my boyfriend down with me, who hasn’t been down to Disney since he was young and doesn’t seem to remember much of it beyond Space Mountain. I wanted to do what he wanted to do while we were there so I asked him to try and plan it. So of course when I asked what I should write about in Cast Member’s Corner he said, “What to do at Disney for someone who’s going for the first time as an adult.” I figured now would be a good time to give in and write that topic since he has already pretty much planned it out. 
Continuing on from my last article about answering questions people have voiced, today I’m going to answer the question about making your stay a little more memorable. The question was, “what’s the easiest way to get freebies and fastpasses, or that extra treat? What can we do to make it a little more memorable?” This question has a few parts and multiple answers. What makes you and your family happy may not be the same as another family. The best advice is, do what you are comfortable with and what makes you happy. Cast Members love to help you make it extra special so never be afraid to ask them anything. 
Disney is a place for celebration, from celebrating being on vacation to holidays. Disney wants you to celebrate anything and everything, and make it a magical celebration. I personally love holidays, especially down in Disney. I’m not just talking about Halloween, Christmas, Fourth of July, or any of those. I’m talking about birthdays, 1st visits, and family reunions too! Disney is the perfect place to celebrate these things and the Cast Members love to join in, in your celebration.
