I just love the Germany pavilion and the Biergarten buffet in Epcot. This buffet is not for the faint of heart so be prepared to spend some time to fully enjoy it. You WILL waddle out of there! Read more

Dining at Disney World: A Little Thanksgiving with Yummy Turkey Legs

In honor of Thanksgiving next week, I thought I would chat about one of my favorite treats while at Walt Disney World…..the absolutely incredible turkey legs. These delectable smoked legs can be a great snack for several people, but could also be a meal on the run. Disney Vacation Planning: Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Disney’s Hollywood Studios is one of those surprise parks. While it doesn’t seem like a lot, the more you explore, the more you find and pretty soon you find yourself immersed in Hollywood’s golden era of the movies. Things are constantly changing at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The most recent is the upcoming removal of Mickey’s Sorcerer’s Hat. I had grown to love that, but soon the Great Movie Ride Theater will be more noticeable as you enter the park. Read more

Disney Vacation Planning: Animal Kingdom

It has been said that Disney’s Animal Kingdom can be done in half a day. In my opinion, only if you eliminate most of the things there are to do. The one thing that is for sure when visiting Animal Kingdom, you must be at the park when it opens. Animals are much more active early in the morning, especially when the days are warmer. Read more
