Wordless Wednesday: Christmas at Animal Kingdom Lodge

Visiting the Walt Disney World resorts to see all the decorations is one of the best ways to get into the Holiday spirit: beautiful, imaginative, and amazing, if you are visiting during this next month, you owe it to yourself to take some time for some resort hopping. One of my favorites is the Animal Kingdom Lodge where the huge Christmas Tree in the lobby provides some great inspiration for your own tree at home!

How do you resort hop? We will be staying at Disney All-Stars and I would love to see the Gingerbread houses and the huge Christmas trees at Animal Kingdom but I am not sure how to do it. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Resort hopping is fun and easy Becky. While you can’t take Disney transportation (in most cases) from one resort to another, you can take the All-Stars bus to any of the parks and then pick the resort you want to go to from there. Part of the fun can be getting there: for example, for the Magic Kingdom resorts (Polynesian, Grand Floridian, Contemporary) you can just hop on the monorail. Or take the boat to the Wilderness Lodge. Check with the front desk at the All-Stars for their suggestions on the best/most efficient way to visit the resort of your choice. And have fun! :)
