What is Included on Your Disney Cruise

A common question guests often have when they’re considering a Disney Cruise for the first time is what is included in the cruise fare – because there’s a lot more included than your accommodations! Much of what you’ll enjoy on a Disney Cruise is included in your fare, and for most dining and activities you won’t need to pay anything extra once on board.

With your Disney Cruise fare, you’ll have access to three sit-down meals a day plus casual buffets and snacks throughout the day, and even 24-hour room service! This also includes coffee, tea, milk, juice, and soft drinks from a variety of locations on the ship.

Nearly all entertainment and onboard activities are also included in the price of your cruise. There are movie screenings, including first-run films; nightly Broadway-style musicals; family activities throughout the day and into the night including trivia games, live musicians, poolside movies, animation workshops, deck parties and fireworks at sea, and more. You’ll be able to meet a wide variety of Disney characters throughout the day, and if you’re visiting during a special event or holiday season, there are also extra activities, shows, and characters available. Kids, tweens, and teens can also enjoy complimentary youth club activities in the Oceaneer Club (kids), Edge (tweens), and Vibe (teens).

If that’s still not enough for you to do, there’s also all the fun pools, water slides, and splash play areas, as well as a pool area reserved for adults. Select ships also have fun pool deck extras like the Aquaduck water coaster, or the Aquadunk body slide. For guests ages 18 and up there’s also complimentary fitness room.

For guests on a Bahamian or Caribbean cruise, your itinerary will likely include a stop at Disney’s Castaway Cay, their private island. Even more is included on this island with your cruise fare: a barbecue buffet lunch, soft drinks, snacks, youth activities, and character experiences.

There is so much that is included with your cruise fare that you could easily go aboard a Disney Cruise and spend very little beyond your cruise fare. There are, however, a few things that are not included. First of all, gratuities for the amazing dining room staff and stateroom attendants are not included, but are easily be added to your stateroom account.

When it comes to dining, alcoholic drinks, bottled water, specialty coffees and smoothies, some specialty snack locations, and adult dining locations Palo and Remy carry an additional charge. There is also an additional cost for ground transportation, spa services, some onboard workshops and tastings, nursery services, WiFi access, photos taken by Disney photographers, and shore excursions and tours.
