By far World Showcase is my favorite. There is something that I love about visiting each country, tasting their food and enjoying their beverages, that transports me in an instant (without the jet lag)! During the day each country is genuinely represented in their architecture, their environment and the people.
I especially enjoy it at night. At night each country becomes its own, without any connection to the next one other than the meandering walkway. Disney has a way of bringing every element to life, so evenings are a whole new experience. Many people have complained about the dimly lit walkway, but to me, it invites you to slow down from the fun-filled day and stop and smell the roses.
Have you noticed as you walk around each area, it is completely different from the previous country? What have you noticed the most?
Next time in World Showcase, stop and look at it in a different light and see if you are transported to a Whole New World
